About the role:


Job specification:


  • Answer calls received to London Sperm Bank and redirect to where necessary.
  • Begin and follow through with the follow up procedure to convert enquiries into bookings as per the London Sperm Bank SOP.
  • Follow up no shows to semen analysis appointments in line with London Sperm Bank SOP to maintain attendance rates.
  • Complete admin tasks such as scanning to ensure that all enquiries and appointments relevant documentation is accurately and maintained on systems and kept up to date.
  • Knowledgeable of the HFEA Code of Practice regarding donor recruitment, screening and assessment SOP and be able to implement into practice.
  • Actively record and keep notes on relevant platforms and systems.
  • Actively record outcomes of appointments on required platforms to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Provide cover for Donor Outreach Coordinator II, where necessary.
  • Work closely with Donor Coordination Lead to ensure smooth overall donation experience.
  • Assist with relevant department audits as required.
  • Assist with the customer care department if and when required.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:


  • Previous Sales and Customer and/or Patient facing experience (required).
  • Ability to confidently conduct interviews with potential donors (interpersonal, telephonically, and online).
  • Degree in Life Sciences (desirable).
  • Knowledge of HFE Act and HFEA Code of Practice (desirable).
  • Able to work proactively, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • MS Office competent, Salesforce experience (desirable).
