Field Service Engineer-Hybrid-Basildon-up to £35,000
This client is a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are based in the Basildon Area. They are currently expanding their organisation and are hiring for several positions. They are an award-winning company who have been in the industry for over 25 years.

This client is currently on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer to join their technical support team in order to assist their clients in various industries ranging from clients with no IT experience to high-end in the London and Basildon area.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 depending on experience.

The role overview:

Going to different sites and providing support (mainly 2nd line)
Resolving tickets
Working on different projects
Providing 1st and 2nd line support

Key qualifications and skills needed:

Have previous experience in a 2nd Line Support Role
Have experience in resolving PC related issues such as troubleshooting(network or server)
Office 365 administration
Have good knowledge of O365, Azure
Desktop issues
