An exciting opportunity for an Insurance Broker Team Manager is now live, working for a global leader in insurance and risk management.


This position is looking for a Team Manager with as strong technical understanding of commercial Insurance to head up their Property and Real Estate team.

The role requires managing a team of 15 which will involve day to day duties of organising 1-2-1, managingdelegated authority, annual performance appraisals, providing regular feedback and handling a small case load of clients.


The team you will be overseeing manages a book of SME- Mid Corporate clients with premiums on average around £20,000.

Your role will be to support the team in managing their workload as well and coaching/training on cross selling and up-selling techniques.

Experience required:

  • Technical commercial insurance knowledge (Real Estate, Package, Motor or Fleet)
  • Experience in a team leader role or management is highly beneficial
  • Cert CII qualified or working towards
  • Good organisational and communication skills
