Our client is looking for a Service Controller to work within their planning team at Construction Services.Main duties:
- Raising and allocating works orders
- Contacting customers to make appointments
- Planning operatives workloads
- Call handling
- Works allocations
- Scheduling of responsive repairs
Personal Spec:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Able to demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude to team working
- Experience of working within a customer focussed service
- Ideallyhave experience of working in a Repairs Service planning environment
