Our client is looking for a Service Controller to work within their planning team at Construction Services.


Main duties:

  • Raising and allocating works orders
  • Contacting customers to make appointments
  • Planning operatives workloads
  • Call handling
  • Works allocations
  • Scheduling of responsive repairs

Personal Spec:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude to team working
  • Experience of working within a customer focussed service
  • Ideallyhave experience of working in a Repairs Service planning environment
