Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team.


The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of resources, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to forecast and plan, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information on resource availability, production timelines, and project requirements
  • Analyze data and use forecasting techniques to predict future demand and plan accordingly
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the schedule and propose solutions
  • Communicate schedule changes or updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, production data, and other relevant information
  • Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to optimize efficiency Experience:
  • Previous experience in supply chain management or production planning preferred
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software or systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines If you are a proactive problem

Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
