Application Support Specialist, Murex, Up to £96k


A global bank is recruiting an Application Support Specialist to join their team, with a key focus in Murex MXG200/ MX.3 Support.

The Application Support Specialist must possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal abilities to effectively fulfill their role.

Team members must adeptly navigate both the routine demands of business as usual (BAU) and project support while ensuring timely and accurate delivery on the first attempt.


Key Responsibilities

  • Murex MXG200 / MX.3 Support.
  • Follow documented Procedures to resolve service desk tickets
  • Plan, prepare and deliver project requirements
  • Provide Audit and compliance information as requested
  • Manage service desk requests to ensure SLA's are met
  • Manage upgrades / patching to ensure supported software is in place

Key Skills

  • 5 Years + Murex, / MXG experience
  • Windows / SQL
  • Financial experience
  • Front Office Experience
  • SQL Statement writing
  • Management of change in a complex environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £96,000.00 per year
