As an IT Support Technician, you'll provide remote and on-site technical IT assistance to schools and academies throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire.

You'll use your technical know-how and enjoyment for helping people to deliver proactive and reactive IT support.

Many of the queries will be dealt with remotely, however, you will need to conduct on-site visits across different locations.


Other Information:

  • Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
  • Holidays: 36 Days of Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

  • Company Pension 28%
  • A valid Driving Licence and access to your vehicle is required. (Mileage is covered at £0.43p per mile)
The role would suit someone who has previous experience in IT Support, Desktop support, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support
