Contract Administrator - Surface Treatment Facility
A position for a Contract Reviewer / Contracts Administrator at a world leading surface treatment provider has become available. Primarily, this is an office-based role, generating routings and compiling estimates for a wide range of customers.
The company are known across the globe as innovative engineers that develop mission critical technologies for ground-breaking industries and everyday life.
The Role (Primary):
Reviewing purchase orders, process specifications and technical drawings
Compiling and issuing technical documentation and instructions
Recording all necessary information and correspondence in a centralised file
Updating control logs in Microsoft Excel
Key skills:
Attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, but in particular Excel and Outlook
Experience with drawing / viewer packages would be preferred
Experience working in planning or customer service within an engineering industry would be preferred
A minimum of 3 years working experience within an industrial or engineering environment would be advantageous.
You should have the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness, and understand the focus and direction of the business.
You should be professional, well presented and flexible in your approach to suit the needs of the business where required.
Salary £23000 plus, dependent on experience
