Finance Assistant

12-month Contract - Norwich / Hybrid working


Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with this well-known organisation based on the outskirts of Norwich - with onsite parking and easily accessible via public transport or short walk from City Centre.


Our client is seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant on a 12-month contract to join this established Finance team who are offering a mix of office and remote working.

As part of the Finance team, the Finance Assistant will provide support with the following:
Dealing with payments

Reviewing balances, working with various business areas on any issues.

Dealing with adhoc financial queries from suppliers and processing of any resulting journals on Exchequer.

Adhoc one off payments, either initiating or authorising on online banking.

Invoice/Credit note processing (sales and purchase Ledgers)

Statement Reconciliations

Credit card processing

Raising purchase orders

Credit control on all ledgers

General queries/assistance to all departments

Undertake such other reasonable duties, as may be required by other members of the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance / Accounts professional seeking a part time 12 month contract.
