Recruit UK are working with a highly successful and professional financial planning firm in Cardiff, looking to expand their administration team.

They offer HNW client's advice on holistic financial planning and pride themselves on providing a unique and tailored experience.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Taking calls with clients and taking accurate detail
  • Scanning post and assigning to appropriate file
  • Updating backoffice system
  • General administrator duties including typing, printing etc.

Benefits:


  • Salary of up to £23,000
  • Hybrid working

Skills and experience required:


  • Strong administrator experience
  • Ideally working in a professional environment
  • Experience with the above duties
