KFS Recruitment are very pleased to be working with a key client of ours, on their search for a Relationship Manager to join the growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners
- Maintaining relationships with Intermediaries
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction
- Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
- Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services and special offers.
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
- Interacting with customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers.
- Making weekly and monthly reports
- Maintaining a detailed list/pipeline of the completed cases and proactively contacting customers
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Three or more years' experience in customer service, sales or a related position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team by having a proactive driven attitude
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment working to tight deadlines
