About the Service & Company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced staff nurse to work within a very positive, friendly and supportive specialist apartment based model for women with complex mental health needs.
You will join a small team that is committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence within a residential environment, consisting of two apartments.
You will be working for an established, stable and agile company with a unique approach to the delivery of care.

With a network of over 70 services across England and Wales, providing four services including:
Mental Health, Neurological, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Children & Education, there is an opportunity for you to grow and move

The Management

The Manager has a very positive and supportive work environment and a very enthusiastic and innovative team. Staff morale is very high. They are very big on staff development and training.

About our Induction, Training & Development:

The service offers a structured and thorough 2-week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the hospital.

Preceptorship Programme:

The service has a strong commitment to provide support for newly qualified nurses. This is via a purpose built, structured and comprehensive preceptorship programme. The programme is completed over a 12 week period where you will be a fully supernumerary nurse. This allows you to fully immerse yourself into learning aspects of your new role, whilst having a nurse mentor to work alongside.
