    Description

    Job Summary:

    The Deputy Head of Compliance will drive the achievement of various compliance deliverables, participate in governance forums and project working groups as applicable. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to be appointed as MLCO & MLRO for BHCML & BHIPL.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate the Compliance team's management of relationships with the JFSC, other regulators, and auditors for both fund and firm financial statements.
    • Develop, critique, and maintain compliance monitoring systems and controls, including policies and procedures, in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
    • Direct accountability to the boards of regulated entities and the JFSC regulator for AML/CTF/CPF and Sanctions-related matters.

    Requirements:

    • Suitably experienced candidate
    • Familiarity with evolving regulatory requirements
    • Ability to develop and maintain compliance monitoring systems and controls
