Job responsibilities:


Immigration:


  • Level 1 user and Key Contact on our Sponsorship Licence.
  • COS issuance & advisory for Senior and Specialist Worker Visas for all company scenarios, i.e Assignees, Distributed Workers.
  • COS issuance & advisory for Skilled Worker Visa for all company scenarios, i.e Transfers, New Hires.
  • COS issuance & advisory for Skilled Worker Visa/Tier 2 General renewals for all existing employees.
  • Sponsorship Licence Management
  • Internal audits;
  • Certificate renewal;
  • Keeping up to date any changes to organisation, i.e location of offices, new offices being opened, global restructures, level 1 and 2 user changes, Authorising Officer changes, Key Contact changes, etc
  • Keeping up to date any changes to individual Sponsored employees, i.e exits, sickness, unpaid leave, mat leave, etc
  • You will manage all UK Right to Work checks including all Visa renewals and audits.
  • Being on hand for various Immigration advice to all employees on Sponsored Visas, ILR, some personal visas. Producing references and documentation to help with such visas.
  • Specific documentation for ILR applicants.
  • Business Visas
  • Invitation letters;
  • Reference letters;
  • Guidance on how to obtain various business visas like Schengen, India, China;
  • You will be required to assist the US team process paperwork with original signatures for outbound movements.
  • Ex employees reference letters if they were Sponsored on our Licence.
  • Ex UK employees who are now US employees and going through the Green Card process will need a letter from the UK.
  • Understanding and Application of companies International Remote Working Policy.

Global Mobility:


  • You will be responsible for all Global movements in and out of the UK.
  • Partnering with Staffing, Finance, Legal and People Teams to help determine the right policy and move type to mobilise an employee, as well as support any questions relating to mobility;
  • You will manage the full assignment lifecycle, handling a caseload of international assignees to and from the country.
  • You will provide ongoing advice to the assignee population throughout the mobility process and ensuring a smooth relocation process to assignees.
  • Resolving complex individual transfers issues, along with the Regional Lead or our Centre of Excellence Team.
  • Preparing international assignment documentation, like contracts, NDA's, offer letters and managing instructions for payroll and many other internal teams.
  • Supporting tax, social security, immigration management and compliance for international assignments along with the Global Expat Tax Services Team.
  • Vendor management and liaison with service providers including: housing, immigration, relocation and taxation.
  • Working on adhoc projects to support the Global Mobility function as a whole.
  • Analyse ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Share knowledge of changes and developments within the international mobility space to support the development of the wider team.
