We require one talented individual to join our
Risk Management Support team on a part time basis in Aldershot, Hampshire.

Specifically, that will see you playing a key role in effectively managing the company's risk and helping to reduce our liability via a range of responsibilities.


It'll call on your ability to analyse situations and make decisions, whether you're working on your own or as part of a team.

Time management skills and attention to detail will be key.


We are looking for a dynamic individual that loves working in a fast paced environment, the role utilises a broad range of skills and is perfect for someone looking to challenge themselves.

The individual will be working with bespoke Enterprise systems and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Raising claims when our liability is exposed
  • Providing immediate telephone support to rental employees
  • Monitoring and approving under 21 rentals
  • Assisting branches in documenting damage
  • Finding effective solutions for lost keys
  • Authorising rentals that involve vehicle being taken abroad
  • Assisting branches with the handling of thefts/missing vehicles
  • Dealing with police and other law enforcement agencies enquiries
  • Liaising with Third Party Administrators
  • Liaising with internal personnel
  • Providing scheduled and ad hoc reports to Risk Managers

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions
  • Very strong work ethic
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills (Verbally and written) and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
40 hours per week

Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm

£10.43-£10.58 per hour dependent on experience
