Send Casework Officer needed in Bradford

The hourly rate is £18.03ph PAYE

This is a temporary role


The reference number is:


They will manage and support the timely planning of transfers to the next phase for all children with statements, to ensure that all change of phase statements are consulted on and amended by 15th February in the year of transfer.

To provide accurate information and appropriate advice to parents/carers, schools and other agencies regarding the change of phase review process, statutory timescales, sources of independent advice and the range of provision available.
