Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Interventional Suite Staff Nurse to fill a full-time role based in Kent.

The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £29,000 per annum (Assignment rate)


Main Duties:


  • Assist in patient transfer prior to and post procedures and annulate and take blood from patients
  • Assist the cardiac technicians and radiographers, as necessary within the cath lab
  • Ensure that best practices are implemented and maintained within the cardiac catheter laboratory
  • Work in the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory undertaking a clinical work load which includes Pre and Post procedure care, Arterial puncture competencies and cardiac Monitoring.

Requirements of the Staff Nurse:


  • Extensive postregistration clinical experience (min 3 5 years)
  • Registered Nurse
  • Experience of working in a busy cardiac catheter laboratory, assisting with pacing, angiogram, PCI, Electrophysiological studies
  • Inspiring and successful leader
  • Proven ability to diffuse and solve challenging incidents.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
