About Our Client:

Our client is a highly respected player in the not-for-profit and charities sector.

Provide comprehensive HR support to the team.
Dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary grievances and appeals.
Dealing with disputes appropriately (for example, mediation or tribunal cases).
Ensure compliance with all HRrelated legal and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
Policy writing.
Managing longterm sick and absences.
Manage HR projects and initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments.
Support in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Ensuring managers are upskilled to deal with people in a fair and effective manner
Coordinate employee training and development programs.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a similar role within the notforprofit and charities sector.
A demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What's on Offer:

A competitive salary ranging from £32,900.
Parttime position (29 hours a week).
Remote working but some travel to the Manchester & Liverpool offices will be required.
6 month FTC. 6month
