Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up cold roll machines for production runs, including material loading and machine setting adjustments.
Operate cold roll machines to create highprecision parts, ensuring quality and efficiency by monitoring the process.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to maintain smooth operation.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Record production data and maintain machine operation logs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cold Roll Machine Setter/Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical/engineering aptitude and the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of cold rolling processes and machinery.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Safetyconscious with a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
Flexibility to work in a fastpaced production environment.
Good communication skills.
