We currently have opportunities for Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre team.

The role is the first point of contact for our customers, and you can look forward to having rewarding, problem solving conversations with customers every single day.

This is a key role in leading our company-wide drive to deliver customer service excellence, if you have what it takes to help us deliver then we want to hear from you.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be a vital member of our contact centre team offering exceptional customer service to our customers in our new our brand new team.

You will have the opportunity to gain fantastic experience in a supportive team and we will provide continued training and development to ensure you thrive in the role.

We are looking for people who can work 8am to 8pm on weekends and bank holidays (24 hours per week)._

What we are looking for from you:
We are looking for someone from a customer focused environment, either service telephony or face to face based.

Excellent communication skills are key to being successful in this role, with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.

You will use your empathy and people skills to be able to diffuse difficult conversations.

You will also have the commitment to getting it right the first time by resolving queries professionally and competently. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Offices packages is also required.

Whilst the role is home based, during your induction you will be required to work from our Group offices in Worcester or Solihull to attend training._
