An interesting, busy, and varied
Receptionist / Admin Support role has arisen within a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Commercial Property Managers and Residential Block Managers with offices in London, Manchester, and Cheshire.
We are looking for an organised, hardworking, and dedicated individual to work in our pleasant Mayfair Office based in London supporting our Directors, Operations Manager and team of Property Managers plus all our Professional Staff who are delivering a range of professional Surveying and Property Management services.
Receptionist/Admin Support - The Role:
- Greeting visitors to the Mayfair office
- Managing the Reception area and ensuring it is clean and tidy
- Issuing of keys for properties to contractors and viewing staff etc.
- Maintaining stationery supplies and other office consumables and reordering as necessary
- Updating archive file indexes and arranging collection/delivery of files when needed
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing range of administrative support to Property Managers and Consultants including some data input, occasional typing, filing as required
Receptionist/Admin Support - Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an office environment; a property environment would be ideal but any professional office environment would be suitable
- An excellent, confident telephone manner with switchboard experience
- Highly organised approach and good interpersonal skills
- Team working skills and an allround positive and committed attitude to your role
- Flexible approach so you will be happy to work for a range of staff as well as being able to manage and prioritise your workload
- IT literate familiar with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and confident on databases
