Role Information:

You will be based at Reubens Court, Leigh. It is a supported housing scheme for single people aged 18 or over with complex needs including mental health.

As Customer Co-ordinator you will be part of a busy team.

You will provide quality support to the team which will include coordination of referrals into the service, coordinating the use of the communal spaces within the scheme and support around housing and tenancy management.

You will be confident in working closely with other agencies and liaising with professionals, residents and prospective clients.

You will work closely with our support team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our service users by conducting regular health and safety checks, welfare checks and fire safety checks across our buildings.


As a valued team member will be confident in using a range of IT and software packages to support you in completing regular reporting and ensure accurate records are kept and maintained regarding our clients and service.
