Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration, your role encompasses a crucial blend of office administration, purchasing order management, day-to-day administrative tasks, and active engagement with clients and tenants


Your responsibilities span:

Office Administration:


  • Execute diverse administrative tasks to ensure the office operates seamlessly and offers steadfast support to the broader team.

Purchasing Orders:


  • Lead the processing of purchasing orders, managing documentation, securing approvals, and liaising with suppliers to facilitate efficient procurement.

Daily Administration:


  • Manage routine administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence, to contribute to the organization's effectiveness.

Team Coordination:


  • Collaborate harmoniously with internal teams to streamline processes, coordinate tasks, and foster optimal workflow.

Client and Tenant Engagement:


  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients in the public sector and tenants to schedule appointments and inspections, strengthening relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Planning Jobs and Operatives:


  • In addition to your core responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating jobs and operatives within the Social Housing context.

Key duties involve:


  • Scheduling Work Orders: Utilize inhouse appointment systems adeptly to optimize resource allocation and schedule work orders efficiently.
  • Allocating Work to

Trade Operatives:
Ensure the judicious assignment of tasks to trade operatives based on their skills and availability.

  • Monitoring and

Maintaining Control Allocations:
Oversee control allocations via handheld devices (PDAs) to ensure precise task tracking and execution.

Experience in Facilities Management or

Social Housing:

Although not mandatory, prior experience in facilities management or social housing is a distinct advantage, contributing to your effectiveness in this role.


UK Driving License Preferred:
Possession of a UK driving license is preferred, enabling enhanced flexibility in carrying out certain responsibilities.

Role Criteria:
To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven office administration experience, ideally within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational aptitude, facilitating efficient multitasking and task prioritization.
  • Familiarity with purchasing order procedures and adept record maintenance.
  • Confidence in both autonomous work and collaborative teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, encompassing written and verbal abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
