The Polyclear Group, located in Southampton is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team

We are looking for someone with a background with Health & Safety, ISO or BRCGS as well as administration. You will work alongside our Admin & Compliance Manager.

Daily tasks to include but not limited to

  • Answering Telephones
  • Data Inputting
  • Invoicing
  • Running Reports
  • Creating Job sheets & Specifications
  • General Administration
  • Quarterly Submissions
Essential Skills / Training

  • Using Microsoft (Word, Excel etc)
  • Customer service
  • Prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
  • Knowledge & Training in ISO or BRCGS
  • Ability to thrive in a small team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This is a full-time position, salary will be based on experience.
