I am currently recruiting a HRIS Analyst / People Analyst to work for a global FMCG company based in London.

This is a temporary project role.


Client Details


My client is a global FMCG company who sell a number of well known brands into the leading UK retailers.


Due to growth in the HR team they are looking to hire a new HRIS Analyst / People Analyst to support the HR function planning and analysing headcount, planning budgets and analysing benefits across their UK business.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR Analytics who understands how to anaylse large amounts of data, ideally from a FMCG background.

HRIS Analyst / People Analyst, London

Headcount/FTE Planning:


To support the payroll & benefits and headcount/FTE planning process for the 3 UK-based affiliates, ensuring it takes place in a timely manner in line with Group requirements.

You will also help to identify and recommend improvements to the budgeting processes, policies and tools.


You will also support the finance teams in strategic processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, providing accurate data and analysing and scenario-modelling all aspects of compensation and benefits.


Financial Transactions:

Monitor payroll & benefits reinvoicing process involving the UK based affiliates.

This would include recharges and expat/Lions accruals etc.


Headcount-Related Reporting:


Supporting with regular and ad hoc headcount-related reporting (including Group Social Reporting) and KPIs for the UK-based affiliates, which includes engaging with auditors if required.


Who you'll be working with Internally, your main stakeholders will be within HR (HR Business Partners, HRIS Specialist, HR Directors, Admin & Payroll team) and your Finance colleagues.
