Description
We are currently looking for an EA to the Head of HR which will be paying 47-48k. This is for an Executive Search firm which is based near St Paul's and will be a hybrid role.

The role

  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Creating documents and reports
  • General administration report
  • Organise lunches and hospitality
  • Expenses and invoices
The person

  • Evidence of diary management and EA experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Some HR industry background is a plus
  • Familiar with Ms packages
