We are an established online retailer operating two successful e-commerce websites: The Football League Store and The Boot Cycle.

We specialize in selling a wide range of football merchandise and sports footwear.

As we continue to expand our product offerings and reach, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team.


Job Summary:

As an E-commerce Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist with product listing and management on our two e-commerce platforms.

You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely product uploads, optimize listings for maximum visibility, and maintain a high level of quality and consistency across our websites.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the product team to gather necessary product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
  • Upload product listings to our ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and uptodate information, including product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all product listings are accurate, wellformatted, and aligned with the brand guidelines.
  • Optimize product listings for search engine optimization (SEO) and improved visibility on search engines and within our website's internal search.
  • Categorize products and assign relevant tags to enhance product discoverability and improve the overall user experience.
  • Monitor and update product inventory levels, ensuring that stock availability is accurately reflected on the websites.
  • Assist with product pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discounts.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to stay uptodate with industry trends and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address any productrelated inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about the latest ecommerce trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in ecommerce product management or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for ecommerce.
  • Knowledge of the football industry and sports footwear is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for ecommerce and a customercentric mindset.
