Leading global retail beverages brand is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Growth Strategist. We are a fast-growing bubble tea brand with expansion plans across the UK. We have a young, dedicated fan base for our fun, vibrant and quirky product.

You will either come from an agency background or a large in-house marketing team. You will have at least 5 years solid work experience in Social Media Growth Marketing with proven long-term stability in your current placement._


Management Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of the overall digital marketing strategy for all social media channels
  • Ensuring the growth of our social media accounts and the execution of campaigns ensuring
  • Ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered while constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
  • Mastering the tools, required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns predominantly through Paid Social
  • Set up conversion pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • A thorough understanding of developing audience and demographic targeting and implementing ad formats that meet our objectives
  • Coordinating paid social media, assigning budgets, messaging and implementation
  • Paid adsusing ad manager across all social platforms to target specific audiences with tailored content
  • Planning, developing copy, implementing innovative ideas, competitions and campaign assets and managing the distribution of engaging content through monthly content calendars
  • Creating engaging content (written, static, graphics and video) for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brandfocused messages, ensuring that the engagement budget is fully optimised
  • Must be experienced in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe CS, Premier Pro, Lightroom, After Effects and iMovie (or equivalent)
  • Lead on targeting strategies, reach desired audiences and ensure fan growth across all platforms
  • Researching usergenerated content, and analysis of audience trends, behaviour and content consumption
  • Engagement
  • Use hashtags, geotags, keywords and targeted realtime proactive interactivity and posts to engage with relevant audiences and their influencers
  • Formulating campaign strategy, researching potential marketing channels, and analysing competitors
  • Interactivity & Community Management
  • Respond to inbound communication to support our customer service, reputation and crisis management

Experience/Skills Required

  • An indepth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Social Media channels
  • Experienced in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe CS, Premier Pro, Lightroom, After Effects and iMovie (or equivalent)
  • Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery
  • Possesses strong software skills that support the delivery of highquality content and documents
  • Highly creative, but also analytical and data driven
  • A thorough understanding of Google analytics and possibly other web analytics packages
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Head of Marketing
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
  • A selfmotivated individual with high levels of energy, is flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure
  • Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
