Part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant


A well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants providing business and personal accountancy services to clients in Scotland and the north of England require a part-time receptionist/admin assistant to provide assistance to the existing team.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience of working within an office environment is essential
  • Must be proficient in the use of Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
  • A friendly and enthusiastic personality

What will you do?

  • Welcome and assist clients
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, typing and mailing
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Compiling information from various external sources for use in other departments
  • Maintain the reception area

Job Offer

  • Salary negotiable depending on qualifications/experience and skillset
  • The position is parttime, although additional hours may be available (17.5 hours per week; 2 full days and one half day)
  • Experience of working within an accountancy firm or similar would be beneficial

£10.50-£12.00 per hour
