About the Role

You'll be cleaning all the equipment for the Chefs, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and generally helping with all areas of Chef support.

What we need from you:

You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment, which is physically demanding.

Ability to work in an orderly and clean manner essential.

Peebles Hydro has 132 bedrooms and like many of her rooms, is firmly focused on the outdoors and making the most of what's on the doorstep.

Kids activities might send them back a little muddy but they'll love meeting our bees, hens and chickens and can even learn to build a proper woodland den.

Hire bikes from us and take in a gentle cycle or race down the trails at Glentress. Opt for a potter along the High Street and getting familiar with locally produced food and drink.
