Description
Our client, an award winning, family run multi-disciplined building services company is currently seeking an administrator for their gas and boiler install contract.
The role will be based in their Cambridge office to join a team of 12. (CB4 area)
Key attributes for the role include having a positive and flexible attitude to work and the desire to learn and be keen and willing to help with any task given.
Duties include
- General office assistance
Taking calls from tenants and booking in surveys and installations
Updating programmes, collating KPI data and uploading all documentation to both internal and clients IT sytems.
Hours - 8am to 5pm (30 min unpaid break) Monday to Friday.
Leave - 20 days + bank holidays
