Administrative Assistant


Duties:


  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Manage and maintain files and documents
  • Assist with medical office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Handle customer support inquiries and provide assistance as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Conduct proofreading and editing tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
  • Serve as a personal assistant to the team, providing support with various tasks

Skills:


  • Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Part-time hours: 20 per week
