Watson are an award-winning property and block management company based in North Leeds.

We are looking for a Credit Controller to strengthen our existing team in an exciting period of growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts by ensuring that all customers are meeting their obligations to pay ground rent and service charges.
  • Issuing new demands for payment
  • Following prescribed debt collection process
  • Resolve any customer queries or disputes
  • General administrative duties

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience within credit control is essential.
  • Experience in a Customer Service / Troubleshooting role advantageous
