We are an independent Engineering Inspection business with superb head offices in central Manchester.

We have over 400 highly skilled Engineer Surveyors and Engineering Consultants across the UK and Ireland who inspect, test and report on industrial machinery from coffee machines to tower cranes in order to keep the UK safe.

What will I be doing?


As Key Account Support Assistant, you will support our Key Account Support Managers by providing administrative support, helping to maintain and develop our portfolio of customers.

Reporting to the Key Account Support Manager, you will use your exceptional coordination skills to action all contract changes, and update relevant systems and agreements.

You will be both inquisitive and numerically minded, utilising information available via our CRM system and pricing teams to investigate, calculate and process customer renewal and bespoke charges.

As a member of our Customer Service Team you will support our customers with all queries relating to updating contracts and agreements, service, renewals and invoicing, compliments and complaints.

You must offer both a customer and commercial focus, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and with customers.

Other responsibilities may include;

  • Support Key Account Managers with all administrative processing for nonstandard, large and complex contracts
  • Create and maintain all customer details on CRM, ensuring that all information is available and accurate
  • Complete all administrative tasks relating to contract changes
  • Process all customer renewals
  • Calculate all bespoke charges, using information available via our pricing schedules and CRM systems
  • Manage all customer queries in an efficient, courteous and timely manner through to resolution
  • Work with our Sales, Customer Service, Credit Control, Engineer and Scheduling Teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service

What experience do I need?


Our team consists of the BEST Key Account Support Assistants, we should know, we trained them You don't need heaps of experience, just the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do; Keeping Britain Safe.


Ideally, you will offer:

  • Experience providing administrative support to a team, ideally supporting a sales or account management function
  • Experience working with in a customer service environment Knowledge of CRM
  • The ability to use excel to manipulate data (merge spreadsheets, vlook ups, pivot tables etc.)
