I am looking for a Billing Administrator to join an exciting and growing company for a fixed term contract for 6-9 months.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of cash administration including dealing with bank reports and Direct Debit processing.
- Weekly/monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and company ledgers.
- Maintenance of hire contracts.
- New account set up including liaising with new and existing customers, sales, and branch representatives.
- Creation of invoices and credits including consolidated billing requirements.
- Customer account administration
- Involvement with internal and external audits.
- The above list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to carry out additional duties from time to time to meet the needs of the business
Person Specification:
- Proven planning, organisational, time management skills and the ability to follow tasks through to a successful conclusion.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a conscientious attitude to all tasks.
- Sufficient selfconfidence and strength of personality to be able to communicate professionally and successfully with team members, customers, and other departments within the business.
- Selfmotivator with sufficient incentive to meet targets and set and provide a positive. contribution to the performance of the business.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Experience of SAP would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm, 8:30am 4:30pm or 9:00am 5:00pm

Salary:
£21,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
