We are currently seeking a part time Kitchen Assistant for our Brand-New Nursery, the Hyde Day Nursery.
Children's development needs and individual dietary requirements
The importance of Environmental Health and HSE best practices
The importance of supporting children's transitions and working in partnership with parents and nursery colleagues
The importance of engaging in your own personal and professional development
The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
Qualifications & Training:
Minimum Food Hygiene, higher level training desirable
Experience:
Minimum 2 years catering experience
Knowledge:
Early Childhood Nutrition
Allergy Awareness
Environmental Health and HSE requirements
Stock and kitchen management
Records and reporting processes

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- High Barnet, EN5 4QS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
