Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that appropriate marketing and advertising is coordinated inline with firm wide efforts and strategy
  • Assess and control costs relating to recruiting event expenditures (invoicing/expense management)
  • Establish contact with student organizations, partners, and university career services to keep our campus profiles uptodate and to stay apprised of opportunities to connect with students
  • Handle logistics and details with regard to the accurate and timely booking for recruiting events
  • Attend recruiting events/functions to assist in marketing and to facilitate logistics
  • Collaborate closely with campus recruiters to ensure timely coordination of event and interview process
  • Work along HR teams to assist in coordinating onboarding & training details for new graduate hires
  • Be a strong teammate, eager to assist colleagues in any area of campus recruiting and human resources
  • Create, collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documents
  • Maintain excellent data integrity and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with recruiter on offer proposals and approvals, as well as generating offer sign off memos, offer letters and offer documents for all new hires
  • Process compliance preoffer checks to ensure all necessary reviews are completed prior to offer extension
  • Develop and maintain effective and trusted relationships with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers
  • Complete adhoc HR projects and initiatives
Essential Requirements

  • Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team; intuitive, fast learner able to handle steep learning curve
  • Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment and strong decisionmaking skills; ethical
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize; work on and complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to network with various departmental personnel and outside parties
  • Looks to identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements
  • Willingness to travel for events (internal and external)
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced, energetic environment
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ability to interface with all levels of the company, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
  • Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, has immaculate follow up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results
