_The Role of the

Event Support:
_

  • Portable medical ultrasound imaging systems, Education and Event management to the UK private and public sector.
  • The main element of this role will be to attend training course events throughout the UK
  • You will be responsible for personally transporting, setting up and returning the ultrasound equipment to and from the training sites.
  • You will be one of the main points of contact at customer venues and help answer any questions.
  • During the training events you will also identify and harvest commercial sales leads and pass onto the Sales Manager.
  • 50% of this role will involve overtime and weekend work so must be willing to commit.
  • Over time accrued will be given in lieu time.
  • You will attend on average 2 events per week, this is seasonal and may be more or less depending on the month.
  • When you are not attending events you will work fully remote from home or at Head office based in Bristol.
  • Full product training is provided.

Event Support:

  • This is a customer facing role, so an ability to interact with people of all levels and be willing to adapt to a variety of settings will be essential.
  • Out of hours availability is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a very good understanding of written and verbal English are essential.
  • Driving License and a willingness to drive is essential.
  • Good understanding of what it takes to deliver operational excellence in events.
  • Will consider a graduate with no commercial experience but is tech savvy.
  • Will also consider an engineering or technical background.
  • Product training will be provided.
