This Role
We are currently recruiting for
Operatives to work at our
brand new DTE South West site based in Cullompton. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and reliable individual to join our team.

Key elements of this role are:

  • Assist in setting and producing timber members to customer specification
  • Operating Truss manufacturing equipment
  • Ensuring all products are manufactured to a high standard
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Seeks continual improvement in performance and processes
  • Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved
  • A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment
  • Supports individual and team direction and development
  • Maintains good working relationships at all times
  • Implements integrated management systems
  • Working Hours Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm_

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
