Are you a recently qualified ACA looking to move away from accounting? This might be your opportunity

An investment management firm based in London with almost £2 billion in assets under management are looking for an ACA to become their Product Development Manager in their Product team.

You will be joining a 4 strong team of product specialists, who are passionate about the creation of new investment products, as well as the management of our existing ones.

The product team are the connection between their Retail and Institutional Sales teams, who raise capital, and their Investment team, who deploy capital.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Partners at the firm on multiple projects.
  • Working with Marketing, Sales, Investment and other teams across the firm to assist with the launch of new products. This includes assisting with preparation of offer documents, external research notes and due diligence questionnaires. This also includesthe verification of the data included within these documents.
  • Helping to manage and contribute to the creation of tailored, persuasive and highquality sales documents and other collateral for the firm's various new and existing products and investment proposals covering both retail and institutional investors.
  • Carrying out market mapping exercises to support product development activities in particular, considering new areas of focus for the firm and identifying investor demand and the scale of the product opportunity.
  • Completing product information requests from financial advisers, as well as retail and institutional due diligence questionnaires on our products, across both Public and Private Equity.
  • Producing competitor analysis reports, both for existing products and prospective new products and presenting to interested parties, including Sales and senior management where applicable.
  • Responsibility for preparing and tracking the firm's funds raised and other quarterly reporting figures.
Essential skills

  • ACA qualified
  • A desire to learn about the business and product range, and to work in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Financial services experience is desirable but not essential.
