Description

This role leads and owns the key discipline of Talent Acquisition across EMEA and manages a large team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators.


The team lead across EMEA for all disciplines and levels, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operational and Support staff.

the role holder will manage all partner services including, assessment tools, agencies and background companies.

the role holder is accountable for strategy through to delivery of the function and manages 10 colleagues directly and 17 within the overall team.


Key experience includes:

Experienced TA professional having delivered large scale and individual recruitment campaigns across all disciplines.

Track record in volume recruitment (including contact centers) as well as professional and technical roles. Must be well versed in Workday recruiting.

Specialism in talent acquisition across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Experience in managing a team of recruiters and coordinators on a remote basis and across multiple time zones.

Experienced in developing the team and tools and processes.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels.

Experienced internal and external recruiter with detailed understanding of job evaluation and grading.

Has manage recruitment agency relationships and built preferred supplier arrangements.

Build and manage global COE partners and relationships

Insurance/ healthcare would be a plus
