Proven track record in delivering Deployment strategies for large strategic projects in business transformation with a hands-on approach, across different national and business boundaries

Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies as well as traditional waterfall project management practices
Deep knowledge of software development and implementation projects delivered in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated success building crossfunctional global networks and stakeholder management
Basic understanding of core Financial process or experience in the Clinical Trial space advantageous
Experience of working in a global multinational environment managing various stakeholder relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills with eye for detail to manage local and remote stakeholders
Ability to use a range of influencing techniques
High levels of selfmotivation and personal accountability, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the team
