Description
Regular tasks will include;

  • Daily balancing and reconciling sales and purchase ledger system
  • Daily processing of bank transactions and preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Dayto day responsibility for processing purchase orders and raising invoices, ensuring all transactions are appropriately authorised and approved, checked and accurately processed through to payment.
  • Ensuring all payments are posted accurately and promptly
  • Credit Control
  • Production of relevant management information
  • Process subcontractor CIS
  • Effectively dealing with customer correspondence and queries
  • Maintaining customer and supplier records within relevant databases
Annual Salary starting from £24,000 dependant upon experience.
