Description
Regular tasks will include;- Daily balancing and reconciling sales and purchase ledger system
- Daily processing of bank transactions and preparation of bank reconciliations
- Dayto day responsibility for processing purchase orders and raising invoices, ensuring all transactions are appropriately authorised and approved, checked and accurately processed through to payment.
- Ensuring all payments are posted accurately and promptly
- Credit Control
- Production of relevant management information
- Process subcontractor CIS
- Effectively dealing with customer correspondence and queries
- Maintaining customer and supplier records within relevant databases
Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
