Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Cover Health Care Support Worker to work in Community Treatment and Care for Moray HSCP.

Community Treatment and Care Service Cover (CTAC) staff will work as integral members of practice clinical teams.

They will be working with GPs, practice staff and community teams as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, utilising their skills to complement those of other team members to support GP practices in providing the best care for our patients.

The CTAC cover staff will work with the entire nurse team (both community and practice) to form a cohesive single nurse team to provide primary care to the patient group.

The role of the Cover staff is to support by covering annual leave and absence of CTAC staff within a GP practice, so that patient care is not disrupted.

This ensures that the CTAC service can be delivered to the highest of standards.
