Description

Criterion is a London-based property company with residential, commercial and hotel investments.

We are looking for a pro active-driven Residential Lettings agent for our 1,367 flats portfolio across multiple residential buildings.

You will ideally have 3 year of experience within residential lettings for flats let on ASTs, and are able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

Deal with Tenant enquiries and ensure regulations are adhered to.
Willing to learn and become an expert lettings agent
Meeting monthly targets to ensure there are no vacant properties or void periods.
To be well organised within all aspects of the role, especially when managing your viewings between sites.
Responsible for converting enquiries to tenant occupancies.
Prepare property advertisements and write descriptions.
Travelling between sites to carry out viewings on all South London residential units.
Working hours 9am6pm (hours may vary and Saturdays may be included)
