We are partnering with a global distribution company, a leader in consumer tech accessories, with operations in over 20 countries.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to join the company's supply chain team.
In this role, you will support the efficient functioning of supply chain operations to ensure smooth and timely distribution of products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and maintain accurate stock records
- Data entry and maintenance of supply chain databases and systems
- Collaborate with the team to analyze supply chain data for process enhancement opportunities
- Support logistics coordination and transportation arrangements
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations
- Aid in monitoring and evaluating supplier performance
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
- Interest in supply chain and logistics operations
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics roles is advantageous

- Salary Range: £20,000.00£30,000.00 per year (Experiencedependent)
- Fulltime, Permanent position
- Workdays: Monday to Friday, Hybrid with WFH and at the Watford location
