As a Commercial Lead you will work within our Learning Solutions centre of excellence. We are a growing Learning Services company that provides creative learning solutions. Our goal is to improve how people learn and we have a growing portfolio of software solutions and intellectual property.

:

Verify is a managed microlearning service for a data-driven strategy, offering, targeted e-learning, deployed at speed. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for a senior, experienced Commercial Lead to increase global growth.

You will report into the Head of Learning.


What will you do

Business development

:


  • Lead the presales process, identifying customer needs, creating tailored product demonstrations, and delivering compelling presentation
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and close sales
  • Develop relationships with clients and explaining how our SaaS solutions address their specific challenges
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, including contract negotiations.

Sell across our parent company

  • Manage internal multiple lines of business to maximise opportunities to weave in learning solutions across broader programmes of work
  • Create a Compliance Solutions sales accreditation programme

Sales and Marketing

  • Manage all market research on competition, industry bodies, publications, awards and events
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including case studies, product documentation, and training materials
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and build brand awareness
  • Lead marketing content development.
  • Attend and speak at industry events
  • Conduct product demos and proofofconcepts to showcase the capabilities and value of our solutions

What do you need to have

  • Experience leading on SaaS solutions commercial growth, presales processes and product management
  • Experience driving commercial success in the digital learning, media and entertainment or professional services industries is necessary with exposure to AI and ML technologies
  • Understand customer requirements, explain complex technical concepts, and propose tailored solutions
  • Experience identifying trends.
  • Experience presales, including delivering product demonstrations and managing the sales process
  • Experience presenting and storytelling, with the ability to engage and a diverse audience.
  • Experience increasing sales growth, meeting targets, and managing customer accounts
  • Flexibility to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and sales activities
