**Job: Internal Account Manager


Location:
Wednesbury

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30/ 8:30 - 4:30 on Fridays


Salary:
up to £21k.**Pertemps has an exciting opportunity for two Internal Account Managers based in Wednesbury.

Internal Account Manager duties:


  • Manage and provide good customer service to client accounts.
  • Processing job sheets, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Build good working relationships internal and external.
  • Regular client contact to keep client warm while updating the database with their current contacts.
  • Managing the Work in progress report to achieve KPI's set.
  • General office duties.
  • Cover other team members when required.
  • Contribute to staff training.

What's required of Internal Account Manager:

  • At least a year experience in Internal Account Management
  • Experience in dealing with engineers would be an advantage but not essential
  • Must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner
  • KPI standard familiar
  • Team player


In return you will be offered Salary £21,000 per annum,20 days holiday excluding bank holiday, on-site parking and a very friendly team.
