We are looking for an Experienced Sales Coordinator to work for a well established Metal machinery supplier in Nottingham

Salary - £22,000 to £28,000 per year

Location - Nottingham

Role Type - Permanent, Full Time, Office Based

  • As Soon As Possible**We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to work in our office in Nottingham.


The role will involve working alongside the Managing Director and Sales Manager to help generate appointments for the Sales team and improving customer service and relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with existing customers to keep them updated on the progress of their machine
  • Help increase customer satisfaction rate
  • Generate appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain an accurate CRM with customer information
  • Help improve communication within the company through effective record keeping
  • Helping with marketing efforts i.e. networking events, trade shows, social media etc.

  • Excellent communication skills with customers
  • Confident telephone manner

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn new technologies
  • Forward and independent thinking
