Service Advisor:

High end Yacht company requires a service advisor. Full time office-based role in Hamble, Southampton.

If you possess great communication and personal skills, are driven and motivated to exceed customer service expectations, and be part of a small "A" Team environment then contact us.

Knowledge of sailing helpful, but not mandatory for the person with the right attitude and aptitude.

This role is vital within our company, being an important point of communication with our customers and staff.

You will work alongside our Service Manager. Training will be provided by your colleagues and managers.

We do not require previous experience, but we do expect a passion for providing top customer service, the ability to work on your own and part of a team.

Role / Responsibilities

Providing clients with updates on their yachts and advice on repair work being carried out or needing to be carried out.

Greet customers and become their point of contact for the duration of their yacht winterisation.

Proactively ensuring smooth running of Service Department, alongside the Service Manager.

Separate roles and responsibilities will be established.


Required Skills / Experience
Working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.

Organised and thorough, ensuring everything is followed up and completed.


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
